Return & Refund Policy

We provide exchanges and refunds within 7 days of the order's delivery date if you're not happy with your purchase. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with the product tags still on it in order to be returned. Orders cannot be returned once they have been exchanged.

We will schedule a reverse pick-up from the order's address once we have received and acknowledged your return request. Our delivery partner will pick up the package from you and send it to us in one to three days. We need five to seven days after the return is picked up to start the refund or exchange process. If neither DTDC, Blue Dart nor Delivery, our courier partners, offer pick-up services in your pin code, you will need to return the things to us via a reputable courier service and provide us with the tracking information.

We will process the returned items further after receiving them and thoroughly inspecting them to make sure they fit the aforementioned requirements. Exchanges to a different size will depend on availability when the return package is received. Once the refund is started, it may take five to seven business days for it to be completed and paid to your account. 

Refunds for COD orders will be handled by a bank transfer, the specifics of which must be recorded on our return portal at the time the return is initiated. The original payment method you used at the time of purchase will be utilized to begin the refund for pre-paid orders.
